

I could check but the box is all the way over there. Replacement case was missing their brand so I think it was sent from the manufacturer. Support has been awesome so far, they quickly sent a replacement case, under warranty, and respond quickly when I asked for supplemental information that is missing from documentation on removing the case. 5mm to stick up the jet when jammed would be nice as well.

I wish it had the hex driver necessary to make print jet adjustments though. Also had their glue, some sandpaper, and a usb stick with their cubex software.

Comes with the necessary screws drivers for leveling the plate and some basic maintenance. Its fully assembled which is nice but definitely not ready out of the box. The only damage looked to be superficial, a piece of the plastic case was broken off. The box came with pressure sensors which were tripped. I'm located in California so the printer was shipped internationally. I'm new to 3D printing but I'm willing to answer any questions.
